The minimum amount you can order is 250 litres.
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
There are 4.546 litres to an imperial gallon.
All domestic customers pay 13.5% VAT on Home Heating Oil, regardless of quantity.
Our commitment is to deliver your order within 24 hours of receipt of same. However if you place an order online after 5pm it may not be possible to guarantee next day delivery because your delivery instruction will not be received until 8am the following morning.
Our vehicles are equipped with digital meters calibrated by Weights & Measures to ensure that you receive the quantity invoiced. The quantity delivered will be displayed on your delivery invoice.
No, if access is easy or we have been to your property before, we can deliver without you having to wait in for our driver. However your order would have to be paid for before the delivery. Any special instructions should be given at the time of ordering.
Please note that our driving staff have only a basic knowledge of the procedure required in restarting your boiler – they have not been trained in any aspect of boiler maintenance or repairs.
Please note that our company does not and will not accept any liability from damage arising from our driver/office staff acceding to your request to restart your boiler – See Item 10 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale on the reverse of your delivery docket.
It is unwise to continually permit your boiler to run out of oil, as this will cause damage to your boiler and will necessitate the boiler pump being replaced much earlier than normal – The bleed screw will also become worn on the pump and may cause leaks from your boiler.
